Condo (3 rooms). Chinese family of 3 (Ah Gong, Ah Ma and adult daughter). Ah Ma suffers from mild dementia.

She attends to the elderly needs of Ah Ma.

General household chores (housecleaning, laundry, ironing), marketing and cooking. 

Due to Ah Ma's medical condition, she suffers from memory loss, confusion, and disorientation which creates a rough relationship with the helper.

Ah Ma's daughter is willing to give a reference check on Pinarti and supporting her transfer of employment.

Housework, cooking, childcare - attended to all needs of child, prepare child for school, fetch to/from school, swimming and enrichment classes.

She went home to take care of daughter who underwent surgery. Her daughter is well now so she is ready to come back to work.

Housework and cooking.  She attended to all needs of ah ma - shower, change diapers, tube-feeding, give medicine, transfer to/from bed and wheelchair and bring downstairs in wheelchair for outdoor time.

Ah ma contracted covid, passed on.   She was transferred to son's house.
