Family of 7, including Ah Ma (60yo) and 4 children (16mo boy / 3yo girl / 4yo girl / 7yo boy).

She was in charge of the childcare of the youngest child. She helped to feed milk, shower him, change his diapers and play with him.

Initially Ah Ma wanted to return to China but decided to stay back in SG to help with childcare of the children.

Her employer no longer required to employ 3 helpers.

She had communication problem with Ah Ma who could not speak English.

She was transferred to a new employer.

Her employer was unemployed, and the children had grown up hence she was given a transfer of employment.
