Family of 6 - Sir, Madam, Ah Ma (89yo), Ah Kong (90yo) and 2 children (23/18) yo.

Ah Kong has stroke and is bedridden. She assists him in showering, feeding, grooming, changing diapers, bed to wheelchair transfers and administering medicine. Ah Kong passed on 10 months later. 

Ah Ma has dementia. She assists her in grooming, toileting, accompanying to doctor's appointments and outdoor exercises.

General housework : cleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing and cooking.

She finished her 2 year contract. She did not renew her contract as employer could not grant her home leave for her to see her son in Indonesia.

Ah Ma is healthy.

Ah Kong has no mobility issues but needs to use a walking stick when going out. She accompanies Ah Kong for outdoor exercises and doctor's appointments.

Meal preparations for the children after school.

General household, marketing and cooking.

She did not continue her contract and felt very tired because she was not given rest days and had to work in her employer's sister household on every weekends.

Family of 9 - Sir, Madam, Ah Kong, Ah Ma, 2 sons (married) and 2 daughters and a newborn (taken care mainly by the Filipino helper).

Her main tasks are housework, marketing, assists Ah Ma in cooking, washing cars (2) and gardening.

She could not get along and was being bullied by the Filipino co-helper. She did not continue her contract as she was feeling very tired with no rest days. She lost about 10 kg of weight.
