Chinese family of 3 - Sir, ah gong 78yo and ah ma 70plus yo.  She looked after ah gong, a bone cancer patient.  She showered him, changed his diapers and wore clothes for him.  Ah gong could not walk so she had to help him in/out of wheelchair. She did all the housework but no cooking.   Either she or ah ma would go out to buy cooked food for their lunch and dinner.  Ah ma is still healthy.

Ah gong passed on.

Indian family of 2 - Mdm and ah ma.  She looked after bedridden dementia ah ma.  She changed her diapers, showered her, gave medicines, gave insulin injections, took blood pressure, took blood sugar levels (2x a day), tube-feeding into the stomach.   She had to carry her in/out of bed onto the commode then to the bathroom to shower.  She did all the housework, cooking for mdm and marketing.   Mdm is working.
Ah ma passed on at 90yo.  She worked in this family for 13 years.

Chinese family of 5 - Sir, mdm, ah gong, healthy ah ma and child 9yo.   She looked after 78 yo ah gong.   Ah gong was weak but could walk slowly.   She showered him, wore his clothes, brought him to exercise area below their block and accompanied him to medical check-ups.   She did all housework, cooking and marketing.  
Ah gong passed on.
