HDB 4 room Chinese family of 3 Sir, mdm and ah ma 70plus yo
She did all housework and cooked.  Ah ma was already in the hospital when she came.   She would go to the hospital everyday from 9am to 430pm to attend to all ah ma's needs.
Ah ma passed on. End contract.

Landed house 3 storey with lift

Chinese family of  5 Sir, mdm, Ah ma 80plus yo, auntie and 1 teenager 15yo.

She did all the housework, cleaning, washing, laundry (many loads a day), hand-washed sir's clothes and washing of car.   She cooked lunch and dinner (for 10 people).  She went marketing with trolley by mrt once a week.  Ah ma is not strong, moves around slowly with her walking cane and takes the lift.   She must watch over and make sure ah ma doesn't fall.
She spoke to her mdm about her work load.   Mdm did not do anything about it.  She asked for transfer.

Landed house 2 storey  Chinese family of 7  Sir, mdm, 2 adult sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and ah ma 93 yo.
She did all the housework and cooked for 2 families (relative - 4th employment history).   She washed 2 cars.  She attended to all ah ma's needs.   She showered, fed and changed her diapers.  Ah ma was very weak, in bed most of the time.   
Ah ma passed on at 97 yo.   2 sons shifted out.  Helper not required anymore.

Landed house 3 storey,  Chinese family of 8 Sir, mdm, 1 teenager 15yo, 2 uncles, healthy ah gong 85 yo and ah ma 83yo with mental problems.
She did all the housework, cooking and washing of cars.  She attended to all needs of Ah ma. 
Ah ma went to a nursing home/mental hospital.  She was transferred to relative (employment 3).

She did all housework, cooking and washing of 4 cars.
Eldest sister passed on in Myanmar.   She had to go back to settle her niece and nephew.

Landed house 3 storey Chinese family of 6  Sir, Mdm and 4 adults sons
She did all housework, cooking and washing of car.   She did gardening with sir and they planted vegetables in the garden.  She also washed the boys' army uniform.   Sir knew that she likes dogs so he bought a small pet dog.
End of contract.   Eldest son moved out when he got married.  The other 3 went overseas.

HDB 4 room  Chinese family of 5 Ah ma 78yo stroke patient and 4 adult children

There were 2 helpers in the house.  She only took care of ah ma.   Ah ma could not talk.   She used a hoist to move ah ma in/out of bed onto a commode, changed diapers and tube-fed.
Ah ma passed on.
