HDB maisonette.  Indian family of 5.  Sir, mdm, ah gong, ah ma and 1 child newborn.
She did all housework, cooking and attending to all needs of the baby. She went marketing with ah gong together with baby.
Sir worked at home.  He would work in her room till 12/1am because there is air-con in her room.  She doesn't like sir because he likes to scold and use unkind words.   She asked mdm for transfer but mdm sent her back instead.

HDB 3 room.  Chinese family of 2.  Sir and ah gong 85yo. 
She did all housework, cooking and attending to all needs of ah gong who was diabetic.  She accompanied ah gong to the market, outdoor activities and hospital for check-ups.  She cleaned ah gong's legs, applied lotion and massaged for 20 mins every day.
Ah gong was admitted to hospital and passed away after 2 weeks.  She was not required anymore.

3 storey bungalow.  Chinese family of 5.  Sir, mdm, ah ma and 2 adult children.
She did all housework, washing of car, going to the market with mdm and cooking with ah ma.  Sir is frail after an accident.  She would help sir when he goes to the toilet.
She did not get enough rest and food.  She would wake up at 5.30am and go to sleep at around 12mn.  Ah ma is very demanding - all clothes need to be handwashed, she had to sweep 3 floors then cleaned the floors with a cloth and wash the car every day.  She asked for transfer.

HDB.  Chinese family of 1.  Ah ma 85yo.
She did all housework and cooking.  She attended to all needs of ah ma who has dementia.  She showered, changed diapers, gave medicine and accompanied ah ma to the market, check-ups and outdoor activities.
Ah ma likes to throw things, very forgetful and is very suspicious of her (helper) taking her money.  She was sent back to agent.
