HDB 4 room.  Malay family of 6.  Sir, mdm, 2 ah ma and 2 children newborn and 5yo. 
She did all housework, cooking, attending to all needs of the children and looking after 1 ah ma who has diabetes and cholesterol.  She prepared the older child for school and fetched to/from school.  The younger child became ill at 4 months.  She was taught how to tube-feed him. 
Mdm stopped working to attend to the younger child.   Family could not afford to employ her.

HDB 4 room. Malay family of 2.  Sir and mdm 68yo.
She did housework, cooking and attending to all needs of mdm - stroke patient with high cholesterol and is diabetic.  She is able to use a hoist to move mdm but needed sir's help because mdm is 170kg.  She took vital stats - blood pressure and blood sugar.  She emptied mdm's urine bag.  She accompanied mdm to checkups and day care centre to exercise.
Finished contract.  She did not renew because she had no off day and was very tired.

HBD 5 room.  Indian family of 2.  Mdm and ah ma 90plus yo.
She did housework only when mdm was at home.   She attended to all needs of ah ma who was blind, had dementia, could not talk and was violent at times.
Ah ma passed on.  Helper was not required any more.  She went back to agency.

HDB 4 room.  Indian family of 3.  Sir, mdm and ah ma 85yo.
She did housework and attended to all needs of ah ma who had diabetes and high cholesterol. She showered, changed diapers, gave medicine, gave insulin injection, brought ah ma out of the house for outdoor time and accompanied on checkups.
Ah ma passed on.  She was not aware she can transfer so went home instead.
