She received training from the previous helper. Ah ma's daughter declined to pay her one month's salary, citing the agency fee she would have had to pay if she had hired through an agent.

Housework, cooking and catered to the needs of the frail elderly couple, ah ma had just undergone knee replacement surgery. She chopped up ah gong's food into manageable pieces and administered his medication. She also bathed ah ma. Additionally, she took them out individually in wheelchair for some fresh air/exercise around the neighborhood.

HDB 5 room, slept in ah gong's room.

The family did not have helpers before and ah ma didn't want to have one.  She was allowed to transfer.

Household chores, cooking, shopping, and tending to all of ah ma's needs, including bathing, giving medications and accompanying her to check-ups. She was also at the hospital daily for three months when ah ma was hospitalized following a fall.

HDB  5 room, slept with ah ma.

In early 2023, she couldn't get enough rest as ah ma had trouble sleeping at night, which made it hard for her to find sleep as well. With a heavy workload, she was unable to sleep in or take afternoon naps.
