She helped with the daily childcare needs of the children - prepare and send them to school, prepare snacks for them and engage them in playtime activities.

She helped to shower Ah Ma, prepare meals for her, and manage her medications and send her to medical appointments.

Housecleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing and cooking.

Ah Ma could not get along well with her.

Completed a 12-year contract.

The children had grown up, her employer retired, and her service was no longer required.
