She attends to their daily needs including meal preparations and accompanying them for doctor appointments.

Everyday she will go over to Ah Kong's son (married) family to do housework. They stay one floor above Ah Kong's flat.

General household and cooking.

Ah Kong's daughter-in-law's mental health is not stable and always scold her, she felt stressful so decided not to continue and went back to Indonesia.

Ah Ma has operations in her stomach. She showers, prepares her meals, accompanying her to doctor appointments, giving medicine, toileting and outdoor exercises (qi gong).

She went back to Indonesia to see her family in May 2014. She returned back in August 2014 to work for the same employer at their request.
