Ah Ma is healthy and independent. She needs to use walking stick for outdoor activities. She takes care of her daily needs, accompany her to see doctor and outdoor exercises.

She did not finish her contract because her elder sister had passed away and employer could not grant her one month home leave.

Madam has operation on her head after giving birth.

She has to take care of the three children all by herself. Her daily tasks include milk feeding, changing diapers, bathing, fetching the children to/from school and child care centre, carrying the infant along.

She asked for transfer. Reason being she had not enough rest and was very tired. She could not handle the three children all by herself.
