The youngest child was very active and lost his temper very frequently. She did not have prior experience handling children with ADHD conditions.

Her employer was retrenched from her job, and she could not afford to keep a domestic helper.

She had a fear of heights and was asked to clean the ceiling fans using a ladder. 

She was not given a proper brief about the nature of the job,
