Housecleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing and cooking.

She did not get enough rest as a result to the daily night feedings and changing of diapers over the night for the newborn which she managed singlehandedly. 

She requested for a co-worker with her Mdm but her request was not acceded.

Family of 4, including Ah Ma (65yo) who was healthy and 1 child (4yo boy).

Housecleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing and cooking.

Her father had an accident and had his hand amputated. She had to return to Myanmar urgently.

Family of 6, including Ah Ma (65yo) and Ah Gong (72yo) who were healthy and 1 child (2.5yo girl)

Childcare: shower/feed her, change diapers, prepare and send the child to school and bring her to playground.

Housecleaning, laundry and ironing.

She was replaced by the old helper who had previously worked with the family for 10 years. The old helper came back to work again after 2 months of home leave.

Completed a 3.5 year of contract.

Her employer and family relocated back to China and her service was no longer required.

Eldercare (78yo): help and support her with indoor movement and attend to her basic elderly needs.

She had problems communicating with the older Ah Ma in Chinese.
