Mdm would spend time at her parents’ home for dinner and mahjong every Thursday to Saturday, and the whole family would return home around 2am, resulting in insufficient rest for her. Mdm also had a bad temper, which affected their working relationship.

She was unable to cope with the workload in a landed property while managing both childcare and elderly care responsibilities.

Due to Ah Ma’s mobility limitations, she was required to support her during showering and toileting, but she found it difficult to handle Ah Ma’s weight.
