HDB 3 room chinese family of 2. Ah gong and ah ma.
She did all housework and cooking.   Ah gong 70+yo is a stroke/parkinson/dementia patient.  She showered him and  changed his diapers with ah ma.  She tube-fed him with milk every 3 hours (6x a day) and gave medicine too.  She would help him with his routine exercises and bring him out in wheelchair for outdoor time.   She accompanied on hospital check-ups.
Ah gong is hot tempered, he hits her.   Ah ma is aware and only told her to try to avoid.

HDB 3 room chinese family of 2. Mdm and ah ma.

She did all housework and helped mdm in the cooking.   Ah ma is 80+ yo with colon cancer.   She showered, changed diapers, fed medicine and accompanied on hospital check-ups.
Ah ma went nursing home.

HDB 4 room chinese family of 2.  Mdm and ah gong.
She did all housework and cooking.   Ah gong was 96yo, healthy but used a walking frame.  She showered, gave medicine, changed diapers and took his blood pressure.   She would accompany him on 1 hour morning walk every day.  
Ah gong contracted covid and passed on.

HDB 3 room chinese family of 3.  Mdm, mdm's brother and ah ma. 
She did all housework and helped mdm in cooking.   Ah ma was 80+ yo healthy but needed walking frame.  She showered, changed diapers, fed medicine and took blood pressure.
Ah ma passed on.

HDB 4 room chinese family of 3.  Sir, Mdm and adult daugther.
She did all housework and cooked simple healthy food for mdm.  Mdm was a stage 4 liver cancer patient.   She showered, gave medicine, drained her 3 stoma bags, helped her to the tiolet, talked to her, accompanied on hospital visits and stayed in the hospital with mdm when she was admitted.
Mdm passed on.   She was transferred to Sir's sister to look after Sir's mother (above employment).

HDB 5 room chinese family of 3.  Sir, ah ma and adult son.
She did all housework.  Ah ma is a 73yo stroke patient.   She showered ah ma, helped her to the tiolet many times at night.  She stayed with ah ma at day-care centre twice a week, accompanied ah ma to TCM, friends' house and church.  Ah ma doesn't like to stay at home.   They would eat out at hawker centres and markets.  She would go buy food if there is someone at home.
Ah ma doesn't like her and would scold and become very angry.  She asked Sir to transfer her out for the sake of ah ma's health.

Condo chinese family of 6.  Sir, mdm and 4 children - 4/5/10/16yo.
She did all housework, cooking, marketing, buying groceries and washing of car.   She would prepare the children for school.  She would attend and play with the 2 young ones when they are back from kindergarten.
She terminated to go home because her mum had a stroke.

She did all housework and cooking.
Helper not required anymore.   She went home.

She did all housework, cooking and washing of car.   She would go market with ah ma.   She took care of the 5yo child - showered, fed, played, brought him playground, read english stories to him, made his milk before bedtime and fetched him to/from kindergarten by LRT.
Finished contract.
