Ah Gong's health declined, requiring long-term hospitalization, so Ah Ma moved in with her daughter.

Her service was no longer needed.

Her employer installed CCTV at her sleeping area.

She was not given enough of food to eat, and she was not given Sunday rest day. 

She was holding at the agency.
